Apprentice Project Engineer - Degree Level

Assist in planning, designing and delivering civil engineering solutions, including reviewing data, interpreting drawings, and supporting technical decision‑making. Support site inspections, surveys and progress reporting, ensuring compliance with HPC governance, Turnbull procedures, and nuclear site safety requirements. Use engineering software tools (e.g., CAD, Revit, BIM platforms) to prepare and communicate technical information. Contribute to safe systems of work, applying risk assessment, quality management and environmental sustainability principles. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, project managers, planners, contractors and NNB representatives. Support continuous improvement, evaluating engineering performance and identifying opportunities to enhance safety, sustainability and efficiency. Participate in apprenticeship learning requirements, including academic study, portfolio development, progress reviews and end‑point assessment preparation.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, Hours to be agreed between the candidate and the manager.
