The RoleAs a Maintenance Operative, you will support the day-to-day maintenance of the warehouse and factory, ensuring the site remains safe, organised and fully operational. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone with previous maintenance, labouring or DIY experience who enjoys practical work.
Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general maintenance across the warehouse and factoryBuild, repair and paint wooden palletsComplete basic welding and fabrication tasks where requiredUndertake general labouring duties across the siteUse a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectivelyMaintain a clean, organised and safe working environmentReport maintenance issues through the correct channelsFollow all health and safety procedures at all timesSupport other departments with maintenance-related tasks when requiredWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is practical, reliable and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
