The RoleAs an Air Import Operator, you will play a key role in coordinating international import shipments, ensuring documentation is completed accurately, customs requirements are met, and customers receive a first-class service throughout the shipping process.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage air import shipments from arrival through to final deliveryPrepare and process Air Waybills (AWBs), customs entries and all required import documentationEnsure all customs documentation is completed accurately and in line with current regulationsLiaise with customers, airlines, overseas agents and internal departments to provide shipment updatesTrack and monitor import shipments, resolving any issues quickly and professionallyMaintain accurate shipment records and operational dataEnsure compliance with customs legislation, aviation security requirements and company proceduresDeliver excellent customer service while managing multiple shipments and deadlinesWhat We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Air Import professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.
