Paint Sprayer / Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician   Salary: Up to £20 per hour + Bonus (DOE) Hours: 40 hours, Monday to Friday Location: Castleford     We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter / Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician to join a busy, well-established Accident Repair Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team with a strong reputation for quality repairs, offering excellent earning potential, modern facilities, and long-term career stability.   The Role   As a Paint Sprayer / Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician, your duties will include: - Preparing vehicles ready for paint. - Mixing and applying paint to manufacturer standards. - Carrying out high-quality paint refinishing on a wide range of vehicles. - SMART repairs and blending where required. - Completing minor panel repairs and filler work. - Stripping and refitting vehicle components as required. - Ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. - Working to manufacturer and insurance repair methods. - Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.   What We\'re Looking For   - Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer or Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician. - Ability to carry out high-quality paintwork from preparation through to final finish. - Experience with strip and fit and minor panel repairs would be advantageous. - ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential. - Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team. - Full UK Driving Licence.   What\'s On Offer   - Competitive basic salary with bonus opportunities. - Monday to Friday working – no weekend work. - Ongoing manufacturer and industry training. - Career progression opportunities. - Pension scheme. - Holiday allowance.   If you want to hear more about the Paint Sprayer / Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician role, please send us your CV by clicking ‘apply now’ or by contacting Richard Haigh on 07590309374 / richard@holtautomotive.co.uk to discuss further.
