We are collaborating with a distinguished educational institution to find a dynamic and proactive Partnerships & Engagement Coordinator. This individual will have a strong history of cultivating institutional and client relationships, as well as establishing partnerships with diplomatic missions, non-governmental organizations, corporate entities, and relocation services. Starting in 2026, this position offers a unique chance to develop a comprehensive partnerships strategy at both national and international levels for a high-caliber international educational institution.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research relevant organizations and networks within the school community, including relocation services, corporate partners, diplomatic missions, and international bodiesInitiate contact with potential partners and sustain continuous communicationGain deep insight into partner communities and their specific needsKeep precise records of all communications and follow-up actionsCollaborate with the Admissions team to guide prospective families through each stage of the admissions processSustain consistent and professional dialogue with inquiring familiesFacilitate communication with newly accepted families before school openingManage post-event and post-meeting follow-up activitiesEnsure families receive prompt and accurate informationOrganize various events for prospective families and partners, including: Intimate information sessionsCommunity networking eventsFormal partner dinners and professional gatherings Oversee invitation management, attendance records, and post-event communicationEnsure seamless execution of events and visitsProduce admissions newsletters, invitations, and updatesAssist in creating presentations, informational materials, and event collateralSupport marketing activities and communications as neededLiaise with external vendors and agencies when requiredProvide insights and recommendations based on family and partner feedbackMaintain systematic records in admissions and CRM platformsAssist with scheduling and coordination of admissions and engagement initiativesDocument all communications and follow-up activities accurately

Skills and Experience Required

Minimum 3 years in admissions, communications, event management, public relations, client relations, hospitality, or similar relationship-driven fieldsNative English proficiency, with advanced proficiency in the local language (B2 or higher) considered advantageousExceptional written and verbal communication abilitiesProfessional, methodical, initiative-driven, and responsive work ethicExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilitiesCultural sensitivity and empathy, with proven ability to work across diverse international contextsCustomer-centric approach with strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detailComfortable engaging with both families and professional stakeholdersAuthentic passion for education and family experiencesSolid grasp of CRM systems and the importance of meticulous record-keepingBeneficial: experience with digital marketing, communications, or event promotion
