Operations Director - Event Caterer £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus Essex/ London A new opportunity has arisen for an Operations Director to join a lively and enthusiastic team at an event catering company based in Essex/ London.

You will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director with company operations.Main duties;
Plan and deliver operational functionsManage the recruitment, training, and appraisal of current and new staffWork along side the H.O.D’s to outline aims and objectives within the set business planBe direct report for members of staff identifying training and progression opportunitiesBe in charge of sales targets for the businessConduct regular meetings with H.O.D’s, senior management and departments to outline expectationsEnsure turnover and profit targets are metLiaise with key clients to build rapportOversee systems and processes and improve where required
Requirements;
Previous experience with an event caterer is a mustGreat leadership skillsPreviously managed a large team covering different departments.Fantastic communication and organisational skillsExperience within a similar roleBased in Essex but flexibility to travel around London
