A highly-regarded regional law firm based in Penrith is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established & welcoming team.

Our client is a well-established law firm in the Cumbria region.

They have continued to be successful over the years in its ability to provide its loyal clients across the agricultural and commercial property sectors.

They are looking for a driven and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with strong experience within this field and ideally with 2 years’ PQE and above.

You will handle a busy and broad caseload of work covering Commercial Property matters such as investment work, acquisitions/disposals, landlord and tenant, secured lending and corporate support as well as strategic advice.

You will be confident in handling significant levels of responsibility within your work as well as in your client care skills and be proactive in getting involved in business development.

This role isn't tied to a set PQE experience level.

Progression opportunities and role requirements will be tailored to the specific individual's needs/wants.

More senior candidates will be considered for a position to work with senior Partners and be valued as a key members of the wider firm.

Junior candidates will receive in-depth training and support to help them reach their goals.
