Building Surveyor

My client, a firm of national independent property advisors based in London and the South East of England are actively recruiting for a Building Surveyor to assist the Building Consultancy division and Regional Director with the expansion and provision of building consultancy throughout the country, but principally London team.

Key Duties:

To be versed with and undertake all the usual aspects of building surveying.
To undertake continuing professional development (LLL) in matters relevant to building surveying and in compliance with RICS.
To assist in maintaining good relations with all clients and company personnel.

To liaise with and assist other members of the Company with provision of building consultancy services.
To maintain and improve office systems.
To help promote the Building Consultancy Division and the firm, both locally and nationally.
To maintain strict confidentiality concerning the Company and its clients.
To always observe the requirements of the Company’s and the Division’s Procedure Manuals.
To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by Management from time to time.
To generate Building Consultancy opportunities with both internal and external clients to promote services within London and surrounding areas.
To assist cross selling services to clients.
Assist Regional Partner in development and expansion of London BCD team.

Qualifications:

RICS qualified.
Experience across a broad range of commercial building surveying disciplines.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 p/a (+ car allowance) Core Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Location: Central London, W1
