Business Administrator Apprentice
Provide administrative support across departments, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
Assist in planning and coordinating projects, tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems in line with GDPR and data protection requirements
Use Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote) to produce documents, reports, and communications
Support financial administration tasks including processing invoices, monitoring budgets, and reconciling expenses
Draft and manage correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally and effectively
Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
Training:
Velocity apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, they will provide the skills necessary to succeed in the workplace and to expand future career prospects.
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their programme.
