Nursery Assistant Apprenticeship

Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children Supporting children's learning and development through play and planned activities Following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Supporting children's personal, social, emotional, and physical development Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, hygiene, and outdoor play Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging independence Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming learning environment Participating in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities

Training:
Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard Paediatric First Aid Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)

Training Outcome:

On successful completion of the apprenticeship and with mutual agreement between the apprentice and the nursery, we aim to offer a full contract of employment.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, part-time or full-time from 8:30am - 3:00pm (shifts TBC)
