Engineering Apprentice

Reporting initially to the Human Resources Department, you will be allocated to a specific area of the business, after you have completed a "round robin" of all our departments in your first year.

Your duties will include:

Undertaking tasks allocated by the departmental supervisor Undertaking tasks allocated by supervising members of staff, which they deem, are within your capabilities Helping to identify ways in which processes may be improved Working to accepted company quality procedures and principles Ensuring safe working practices at all times General duties to help in the efficient running of the section Mechanically minded Possess an aptitude for learning and problem solving Have good attention for detail, to maintain our high quality standards

Training:
Your education will be via Cambridge Regional College and on the job training and mentorship from an experienced machinist

Training Outcome:
There is the chance of progression to becoming a fully qualified engineer

Monday- Thursday 07:30- 17:00 and Friday 07:30- 16:30
