L3 Rail Engineering Technician Apprenticeship
Our new Apprentice will start in September 2026 and will complete a 36 month programme to achieve the following qualifications:
Level 3 Rail Engineering (Competence) Level 3 Rail Engineering (Technical Knowledge) Level 2 Maths and English if you do not already hold themTraining Outcome:
Qualifications in IRSE Rail Technician with MoD & SMTH and progression to Maintenance and Testing.
Employer Description:
S&T Cover designs, delivers, maintains and repairs traditional signalling systems as well as the latest signalling and control technology supported through the European Train Control System (ETCS) and traffic management programme and associated digital railway delivery.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday with some weekends. Shifts vary from 8, 10, 12 hours.
