Fancy working across a portfolio of prestigious Central London offices for a well-established, family-run FM service provider?

This is a great opportunity to join a mobile maintenance team covering tenanted areas across a number of prestigious commercial office sites mainly within tenanted areas in Chiswick, Mayfair, Liverpool Street and Tower Hill.

You'll work alongside on-site maintenance teams delivering planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites, for a business known for looking after its engineers as well as its clients.

Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00

Carry out M&E and fabric maintenance across all systemsLighting: small installation works, fault-finding, lamping, ballast replacement, control panels and power distributionEmergency lighting testingAir handling units, fan coil units and HVAC systemsBuilding Management System monitoring (including hot & cold checks)Air conditioning and cold water systemsWater treatment checks (temperature monitoring, dosing checks)Basic plumbing, including unblocking toiletsEscorting and coordinating subcontractorsAttending client meetings as requiredMaintaining accurate site log booksRequirements
