Financial Administration Apprentice
Reporting to the Office Manager and Admin Manager on day to day tasks
• Write client review letters
• Prepare new business illustrations
• Update company CRM system
• Communicate with new and existing clients
• Assist the Financial Advisers with their day-to-day tasks
• Develop a good understanding of client-facing systems
• Prepare reports for financial advisers
• Speak with providers to obtain information on client’s accounts
• Prepare packs for client meetings
Training:
Level 3 Financial Services Administrator.

This is a permanent position, with the apprenticeship forming the first two years of employment.
