Interior Systems Installer (Partitions) Apprenticeship

Assisting with the installation of partition walls, suspended ceilings and drylining systems Measuring, marking out and preparing work areas Cutting and fixing plasterboard and metal framing systems Installing insulation and fire protection materials Using hand and power tools safely and correctly Loading, unloading and organising materials and equipment Keeping the work area clean, safe and tidy Following technical drawings and instructions from supervisors Working alongside experienced dryliners to develop practical skills Following health and safety procedures and wearing the correct PPE at all times

Training:

The apprentice will complete online learning sessions with their training provider every fortnight. They will receive practical, on-the-job training and mentoring from experienced colleagues on a daily basis, developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for the role.

In addition, the training provider will visit the workplace monthly to deliver face-to-face training, assess progress and provide further support. Regular reviews will ensure the apprentice remains on track to achieve their apprenticeship standard.



Training Outcome:

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, the apprentice will have the opportunity to progress into a full-time Dryliner role within the company. With further experience, they could advance to positions such as Lead Dryliner, Site Supervisor or Site Manager. There may also be opportunities to gain additional industry qualifications and specialise in areas such as fire protection, acoustic systems or suspended ceiling installation.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm (not including travel).
