Business Administration Apprentice

Responibilities:

You will be providing administrative support to colleagues to ensure the efficiency and smooth day to day running of various departments to involve the following:

Providing office support to colleagues Printing / photocopying / scanning / uploading / downloading documentation to / from client web sites Maintaining an electronic filing system Dealing with telephone calls and emails within the departments Keeping well organised files and records Preparing documents by printing, copying, binding Completing and editing company documentation and correspondence Collecting and sorting post Assisting with the payroll run each week and processing timesheets Accounts administration duties

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
A full-time permanent role within the company upon successful completion of apprenticeship

site teams work throughout the UK working for clients such as Amazon, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons,
Aldi, Ocado, H&M, and Nike to name a few.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm
