Training:
At the end of the 10 month apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
In addition to the on the job training, apprentices will be required to attend 2 x 1-week blocks at the CLAAS Academy in Saxham, plus monthly virtual classroom sessions.
Apprentices will be provided with feedback at the end of each block which will provide details on how they have performed whilst on block release at Saxham.
Whilst on the programme, apprentices will be required to gather evidence to create a portfolio to demonstrate that they have met all the competencies and elements set out in the apprenticeship standard.
Alongside the training received from CLAAS, apprentices will receive on the job training and support from Olivers, in addition to regular progress reviews with both CLAAS and Olivers.
Before being accepted onto the apprenticeship, any candidate will be required to undertake an initial assessment with CLAAS. This assessment will check that the apprenticeship programme is suitable for the candidate, check the candidate’s prior learning and experience and decide if any adjustments need to be made.
Training Outcome:
Once qualified you will have the opportunity to progress with the parts department
