Business Administration Apprentice
Filing, photocopying and scanning
Welcoming visitors to the office
Taking minutes in meetings, using Plaud where required
Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
Booking Teams calls, telephone calls and site meetings
Using our CRM and project management system
Logging invoices
Assisting with payment runs (payable and receivable)
Requesting invoices and receipts from suppliers
Writing up and sending quotes
Outreach to relevant contacts for directors to follow up
Booking and coordinating networking events
Scheduling social media posts
Training Outcome:
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is potential to progress into a permanent administration or office management role within the business.

Lynch Brother Homes is a family-run residential construction company in Oxfordshire. Join our team as a Business Administration Apprentice and support our office across general admin, accounts and marketing, while earning a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
