Are you a Residential Conveyancer looking for your next role in Malton? I am working with a full-service law firm with a strong presence across Yorkshire region, who have been established for over 200 years and are expanding their bespoke conveyancing department.

Our client is an accredited legal practice that has seen fantastic growth over the years and are continuously expanding with a large portion of work coming in from the local area of North Yorkshire.
Our client is looking for someone who is confident managing their own caseload and willing to commit to the firm on a long-term basis, so if you are an experienced fee earner in conveyancing matters and live locally to Wetherby, then keep on reading to find out more!
The role:

Working closely with the Residential Conveyancing team, you will be running your own caseload of a wide range of conveyancing matters with use of the firm’s case management system
Building and maintaining solid client relationships to encourage more work through repeat business and recommendations
Providing structured and accessible advice to all clients
You will be responsible for providing assistance and support to the more junior members of your team

The ideal candidate:

It is essential that you have a solid background in handling a wide range of conveyancing matters as a Licenced Conveyancer or qualified by experience
You will have experience in delivering outstanding legal services to loyal clientele and further building relationships with new clients
A committed and dedicated team player with excellent communication skills
