Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Client Direct – Commercial Office Portfolio – Central London – Up to £50,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join one of London's fastest-growing client-direct property companies. Due to continued expansion, opportunities are available for Electrical, Mechanical, and Fabric Engineers to work across a prestigious portfolio of commercial office buildings throughout Zones 1 & 2.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a varied, client-facing role with genuine opportunities for career progression. Working across multiple high-end commercial buildings, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, support tenant projects, and play a key role in maintaining first-class facilities. Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday08:00 am – 17:00 pm Overtime AvailableOccasional Call-Outs (where applicable)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial office buildings.Completing electrical, mechanical, or fabric maintenance depending on your trade background.Supporting tenant fit-outs, quoted works, and small project works.Maintaining HVAC systems, including AHUs and FCUs.Carrying out statutory compliance tasks, including emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, and water treatment checks.Completing maintenance reports, logbooks, and compliance documentation.Liaising with and supervising specialist subcontractors.Providing a professional, client-facing service while building strong relationships with tenants and site management.Supporting the wider engineering team across multiple Central London sites.
Package:

Requirements:
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (where applicable)Proven experience within commercial building maintenanceGood understanding of statutory compliance and health & safety legislationStrong fault-finding and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and customer-facing skillsComfortable working across multiple sites throughout Central LondonReliable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
