We're recruiting Assistant Managers across a collection of established, characterful wine bars and pubs in Central London. Each venue has its own personality, but they all share a passion for exceptional service, premium wines, fresh seasonal food and creating memorable guest experiences.

The Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager to lead from the front, inspire the team and ensure every shift runs smoothly. You'll play a key role in driving sales, maintaining high standards and developing the next generation of hospitality talent.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy wine bar and restaurantLeading, coaching and motivating the team during serviceDelivering exceptional guest experiences every dayAssisting with recruitment, training and team developmentManaging stock, ordering and cost controlsSupporting labour management and commercial performanceEnsuring high standards of food safety, compliance and presentationWe're looking for someone who:Has Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor experience in hospitalityLoves delivering warm, genuine serviceHas a passion for wine, food and hospitality (wine knowledge is a bonus, not essential)Leads by example and enjoys developing peopleStays calm under pressure and thrives in a busy environmentHas strong commercial awareness and takes pride in running a great operation
