A leading care provider is seeking an experienced clinical Registered Manager to lead an established nursing home in Hampshire.

Person specification

Registered Nurse (RN/RMN or RNLD) with full NMC registrationProven experience managing a nursing home environment, with responsibility for clinical and operational performanceRecent CQC registration for a nursing home, with Good or Outstanding inspection outcomes.Current or previous management of a large (50+ bed) nursing homeConfident leader with experience managing, motivating and developing multidisciplinary teamsFull, unrestricted UK right to work (please note; visa sponsorship is not available for this position)
