Handyman / Maintenance Operative – East London

Our client, based in East London, is looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman/Maintenance Operative to join their team.

Essential Requirements:

Valid DBS certificate L8 Awareness certification (Legionella risk awareness in line with HSE ACOP L8) Knowledge of basic water system safety control measures

Key Skills & Experience:

Competent in carrying out general DIY and maintenance tasks Changing light bulbs and completing minor repairs Basic plumbing experience, including: Repairing pipes and taps Fixing leaks Replacing tap cartridges and washers Resealing pipework Repairing or replacing U-bends General maintenance and repair work

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 10:00am – 6:30pm 1-hour paid break
