My client is looking for a driven Wedding & Events Sales Manager to join a luxury country house hotel. You'll take ownership of the full sales journey, converting wedding and event enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an exceptional client experience from first enquiry through to handover. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional from a hotel, venue or hospitality background who enjoys building relationships and exceeding targets.
What You'll Do
Manage wedding and event enquiries from enquiry to handoverConduct venue tours and convert leads into bookingsDrive new business through networking and sales activityMaximise revenue through upselling and tailored packagesProduce proposals, contracts and event documentationWork closely with operations to ensure seamless event delivery
What You'll Bring
Experience in wedding, events or hotel salesStrong commercial awareness and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and organisationProven ability to convert enquiries into revenuePassion for luxury hospitality and guest experience
