About the Position

Support the General Manager with the daily operation of the hotelLead, coach and develop department heads and teamsDrive guest satisfaction, operational standards and commercial performanceChampion a positive, engaging workplace cultureProvide confident leadership in the General Manager’s absence

The Successful Candidate

Previous experience as a Deputy General Manager, Hotel Manager or senior hotel leaderBackground within a branded 4/5-star hotel environmentStrong commercial awareness and operational knowledgePassionate about people, service and delivering exceptional experiences
