The Role

Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business.Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.Drive sales across food, drink and accommodation.Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.Manage budgets, stock, labour and overall financial performance.Build strong relationships within the local community and encourage repeat business.

About You

Previous experience as a General Manager or experienced Deputy ready to step up.Strong food-led pub or hospitality background.Commercially aware with experience managing P&L and KPIs.A hands-on leader who enjoys being visible on the floor.Passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality and developing people.
