The Role
A prestigious global culinary school is seeking a Cuisine Chef Lecturer to deliver programmes across the classic and advanced culinary diplomas, and Bachelor of Culinary Arts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver quality courses and materials to academic excellence standards.Use flexible, best-practice teaching methods that meet learner needs.Monitor student achievement and provide pastoral care.Support examinations, grading, and curriculum development.Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety protocols.Contribute to new programme initiatives and alternative delivery methods.

The Ideal Candidate

Formal qualification in Cuisine.Minimum 15 years of global cheffing experience, including time in France.Hospitality leadership experience to an international standard.Previous training or teaching experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work in a motivated, professional team.Course development experience would be an advantage.
