ICT Apprentice

Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT hardware and software. Support users with technical issues across desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices. Help monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues. Carry out routine system maintenance and software updates. Assist with user account creation, password management and access permissions. Support cloud-based services, including Microsoft 365 and business applications. Learn about network infrastructure, servers, virtualisation and cybersecurity. Maintain IT documentation and update asset management records.

Training Outcome:

Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship. 

Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent full-time role, subject to performance and business needs.

Employer Description:

Our Digital Marketing, IT Infrastructure, Content Creation, and Data Analytics apprenticeships are designed in collaboration with employers. We combine expert teaching and learning with real-world experience to equip our apprentices with the skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviours for a successful career.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday. 9am-5pm.
