Training:

Training is completed remotely, via online Masterclasses with your dedicated tutor at Juniper Training. You will also have an online portfolio. The EQ Academy will also provide in-depth, on-the-job training.

Training Outcome:

EQ Academy is a six-month accelerated development programme designed for ambitious individuals aged 18-21 who want to build a career in business, sales, recruitment and technology.
This isn’t about making coffee or sitting in training rooms.
From day one you’ll be working on live projects, supporting consultants, engaging with healthcare professionals, using AI tools and learning how modern businesses create opportunities and grow.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have the skills, knowledge and confidence to progress into a Recruitment Consultant position.

Successful candidates will work from our office 9.00am - 5.00pm. Thursday will be a remote working day.
