Compensation: $2,500–$3,000 USD per month + service charge & tips

We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury resort in St. Kitts seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the resort’s dining operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong restaurant leader looking to take ownership of a F&B department within an intimate luxury resort environment.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will oversee all food and beverage operations, leading the restaurant team while driving exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the resort’s restaurant and meeting spacesLead, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team across front and back of houseEnsure exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiencesManage departmental budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reportingMonitor food and beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, and operational expensesDevelop and implement service standards, procedures, and operational improvementsWork closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless restaurant operationsSupport events and meetings while maintaining high service standardsComplete administrative reporting and ensure smooth day-to-day department management

Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous Food & Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership experienceStrong background managing restaurant operations within a hotel, resort, or upscale dining environmentProven financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost sheets, and reportingStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teamsExperience managing front-of-house operations and guest service standardsHighly organized with strong administrative skillsCaribbean hospitality experience is considered an advantagePassionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury island environment
