Junior Customer Account Executive Apprentice
The successful candidate will assist the Finance and Sales Departments, reporting directly a Line Manager and ultimately to our Customer Services Director.
Working on our bespoke Management Information System and also using a variety various Microsoft based business packages on their own terminal as applicable, the successful candidate will accurately enter data, process documents, create and deliver purchase orders, record transactions and operations, arrange and report on our logistics, assist with stock and material audits and prepare reports.
To be successful in applying for this role, you must have a full understanding and be extremely proficient with the use of computers and general software, be extremely thorough, accurate and honest with an aspiration and aptitude to ensure correct administration is executed, be trustworthy, efficient and extremely well organised.
Overview of Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Finance and Sales Departments and the business in general. Performing tasks such as answering phones, document filing, data entry, emailing, processing the mail, etc. Handling communications with clients and suppliers via phone, email and in-person. Organising, purchasing and generally managing delivery logistics following a daily briefing. Preparing reports on request. Create, file and send PDF copies of purchase Orders to suppliers by email. Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies. Receive, organise and process client stock orders. Manage client stock orders; picking exact print related stock to accurately complete client orders and pack accordingly ready for despatch and conduct periodical stock checks/counts. Organise and purchase our logistics requirement as instructed. Undertake various other related duties as requested.Training:
Next Level will work closely with you to complete your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. We can hire apprentices at any time and hold regular workshops for those on the course. These workshops occur once every 2 weeks both online and in our academy in Bristol City Centre. You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between your tutor, manager and yourself to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying on top of your work. If required, we can also provide Functional Skills in Maths and English throughout your apprenticeship.
Training Outcome:
This apprenticeship could lead to full time employment in administration or the print Industry.
