Human Resources Apprentice
Supporting recruitment administration, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and onboarding new colleagues
Processing new starter and leaver documentation, ensuring legal compliance and accurate record keeping
Maintaining employee records and HR systems to ensure information remains accurate and up to date
Supporting payroll administration and the preparation of employee data
Assisting with absence management administration and reporting.
Helping maintain HR policies, procedures and company documentation
Supporting training and development administration, including training records and communications
Assisting with management reporting and wider HR projects
Providing administrative support across the HR team and wider Central Services function
Supporting Head Office reception and switchboard cover when required
Training:
Training to be held in the workplace, via virtual learning delivery with the allocated provider
Frequency of one-to-one catch ups every fortnight and allocated training sesisons monthly
Training Outcome:
Whilst we cannot promise a permanent contract upon completion, this is our intention for the right candidate
We have a strong track record of welcoming HR apprentices at head office into our HR team on a long-term basis, whereby others have progressed into HR Advisors and the like

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday with total 37.5 hours per week. Our ideal work times would be a 9:00am- 5:30pm working day with one hour for lunch, although we can be somewhat flexible for the right candidate.
