Operations Administrator Apprentice
Role and Responsibilities:
The apprentice will rotate across multiple disciplines to gain a broad understanding of how a modern renewable energy business operates.
Duties include:
Answering telephone calls, SMS and emails Supporting customers throughout their journey Updating Lana CRM and ServiceM8 & Design Software’s Preparing quotations, handover packs and project documentation Assisting finance with invoice processing and filing in Xero Supporting HR with recruitment, onboarding and training records Assisting marketing with LinkedIn, website and review campaigns Scheduling surveys, installations and service visits Ordering office supplies and maintaining accurate records Learning AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, to improve productivity Supporting continuous improvement projects across the businessThe apprentice will receive structured mentoring and rotate through Administration, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service.

Training:
Training with Milton Keynes College. Ongoing training, support and development with the employer. Business Administrator Level 3.
Training Outcome:
This role is intended to develop into a permanent position. Successful candidates could progress into Operations, Office Management, Marketing, Finance or Project Coordination as the business continues to grow.
