As General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the hotel, leading a team of up to 50 employees in peak season while ensuring excellent guest experiences and smooth operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with the owners and have the opportunity to make a real impact.

About You

Previous experience as a Hotel Manager, General Manager, or Operations ManagerStrong leadership and people management skillsHands-on, organised, and solutions-focusedLooking for a long-term opportunityFluent English is required
