We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Officer to support a major site relocation project and oversee health & safety compliance during the construction phase

Duties

Manage contractors, permits to work and site inductionsEnsure compliance with CDM Regulations and H&S legislationReview and update H&S policies and proceduresConduct audits, inspections and risk assessmentsDeliver toolbox talks and staff trainingInvestigate accidents, incidents and near missesMaintain H&S records including RIDDOR and COSHHSupport fire safety and evacuation procedures

Requirements

NEBOSH Diploma essentialChartered IOSH (CMIOSH) preferredConstruction site experience essentialStrong knowledge of CDM RegulationsExperience delivering H&S trainingExcellent communication and organisational skillsCSCS Card
