Salary: €50,000 – 55,000 or equivalent currency
Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with an international facilities management business? We're seeking a hands-on leader to oversee engineering operations across a growing portfolio of premium retail clients throughout Scandinavia.
About the Role
This is a varied role combining technical leadership with hands-on engineering support. You'll manage maintenance operations across sites in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo, ensuring exceptional service delivery while supporting the continued growth of the business. Regular travel between sites is required, with occasional visits to the Paris.
Key Responsibilities
Manage engineering and maintenance activities across multiple retail sitesLead by example, providing hands-on technical support when requiredOversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive worksBuild strong relationships with clients, contractors, and site teamsEnsure compliance with health & safety and company standardsSupport the mobilisation of new client sites as the business continues to expandMonitor performance and drive continuous improvement across the portfolioRequirements
Previous experience in an Engineering Manager or Senior Maintenance role within Facilities ManagementStrong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building servicesHands-on approach with the ability to support engineers when neededExperience managing multiple sites or mobile engineering teamsExcellent communication and organisational skillsWillingness to travel regularly across Scandinavia and occasionally to ParisBenefits
