An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Finance Director to join a high-growth, private equity-backed hospitality business.

Working closely with the CEO and Board, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, driving growth, and preparing the business for its next stage of development.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.Delivering insightful board reporting and commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Partnering with the executive team to drive business performance, profitability and new site expansion.Managing relationships with private equity investors, lenders and external advisers.Overseeing financial controls, compliance, systems and process improvements.Leading and developing a high-performing finance team.Supporting investment appraisals, acquisitions, refinancing and future exit readiness.

Candidate Profile:

CFO/FD experience within a multi-site hospitality, leisure, retail or consumer-facing business.Experience working in a private equity or investor-backed environment.Strong commercial acumen with exceptional financial planning, reporting and stakeholder management skills.A collaborative leadership style, with the confidence to challenge and influence at Board level.Experience supporting business growth, refinancing or a successful exit would be highly advantageous.
