Key Responsibilities of the Fettler

Operating a variety of hand and power tools. Fettling, grinding, and finishing metal components to the required standard. Removing excess material and preparing components for the next stage of production. Supporting the fabrication and production teams with day-to-day workshop activities. Moving materials and carrying out manual handling duties where required. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30 Friday: 07:30 – 12:30

We Would Be Keen to Speak with Individuals Who Have:

Previous experience within an engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing environment. Experience using hand and power tools. A strong work ethic and positive attitude. Experience in fettling, grinding, deburring, or finishing operations would be advantageous.

In Return, the Fettler Will Receive:

£12.71 - £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience). Permanent position with a well-established and growing manufacturer. Regular overtime opportunities paid at premium rates. Early finish every Friday. Ongoing training and career development opportunities. Long-term job security.
