Location: Ideally, based in Reading, Watford or Guildford - On the road

Salary: £40K - £45K per year

Our client are a trusted partner for health professionals in providing medical equipment.

They are now recruiting an Area Sales Manager to manage, develop and grow the area.



The Role:

You will be ideally based in Reading, Watford, or Guildford.

Regular travel throughout the area is required.

This is a different role from many other area sales roles in focusing on long-term relationship building within a mature market.

The role includes sales development, and delivering training courses, whilst working with an ambitious team.

Responsibilities:

* Creating and managing opportunities
* Consultative sales approach to identify and broaden and maximise the opportunity
* Sales and support focus on a broad product range, consumables and services


Skills & Experience:

* Previous Experience in a similar role
* Knowledge of Human anatomy such as Human biology or Sports science would be advantageous
* Medical Sales experience would be advantageous
* Ability to quickly assimilate technical and medical concepts
* Competent in all Microsoft office applications
* Experience in presenting to groups and decision makers

* Proactive, self-motivated and possess strong commercial acumen
* Confident in building and developing long lasting relationships
* Excellent interpersonal skills for both single and group presentations
* Self-motivated
