What You’ll Be Doing:
Electrical Systems: Lighting installs, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballasts, control panels, power distributionMechanical Equipment: Pumps, motors, seals, bearings, basic HVACHVAC & Plant: AHUs, FCUs, emergency lighting, air conditioning unitsMonitoring Systems: Chillers (resets), BMS (hot/cold trends), UPS systems Teamwork: Collaborate with a large, supportive onsite engineering teamService Delivery: Ensure smooth building operations and top-tier tenant servicesIT & Administration: Utilise IT systems to complete maintenance records, reporting, and other site administration tasks
Your Work Pattern:
Monday – Friday40 hours per weekRotating Saturday – 1 in every 3 weeksOvertime available as and when required, paid at the daily rate

What We’re Looking For:
Demonstrable experience working in a building maintenance role or related disciplineMinimum Level 2 related qualificationGood knowledge of multi-trade maintenanceElectrically qualified or competent electricianKnowledge and experience of grounds maintenance and gardeningHealth & Safety qualification, such as IOSH Managing SafelyExperience carrying out statutory testing within the built environmentExperience within a leisure environment, ideally with knowledge of swimming pools, saunas, and steam roomsGood IT skills and the ability to complete digital maintenance records and reportingStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a small onsite team
