HVAC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Healthcare – West London – up to £45,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated near Hammersmith, West London. The successful candidate will be a  qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systemsFinding and fixing faultsPlanning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panelsInstalling HVAC componentsPerforming quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safelyProviding technical support to engineers on site
Working Pattern

Monday to Friday (40-hour week)08:00am – 17:00pm
Package

Up to £45,000 per annumOvertime available 25 days holiday + BHCompany Pension
Requirements :

Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualificationsLevel 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and RefrigerationF - Gas 2079 A proven track record in commercial building maintenanceExperience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUSNot necessary but advantages would also be having experience with wet systems, radiators, boilers and pipework diagnostic and repairs.
