What You'll Be Doing

Leading all day-to-day restaurant operations and ensuring seamless service executionRecruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing front-of-house teamWorking closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless collaboration between front and back of houseMonitoring sales performance, budgets, and KPIs to drive profitabilityBuilding relationships with regular guests and becoming a visible ambassador for the restaurantHandling guest concerns professionally and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experienceSupporting local marketing initiatives and helping grow the restaurant's presence within the community

What We're Looking For

General Manager experience within an upscale, full-service restaurantProven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teamsWine Knowledge is a strong asset!Strong financial acumen, including labour management, budgeting, P&L oversight, and cost controlHands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the restaurant floorExperience building relationships with guests and creating a culture of genuine hospitalityStrong understanding of restaurant operations, health and safety standards, and compliance
