An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a leading international food service and hospitality organisation based in Amsterdam. This is a key role for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working across both strategic and operational areas, supporting employees and stakeholders within a fast-paced, international environment.

The Role

Manage and deliver a broad range of HR activities across the businessProvide strategic and hands-on HR support to local and international stakeholdersBuild strong relationships across the organisation and act as a trusted HR partnerSupport employee engagement, development, and organisational growthAdvise managers on HR processes, policies, and best practicesDrive continuous improvement across HR operationsWork closely with teams across the business to support organisational goalsOperate independently while adding value across multiple areas of the organisation

About You

Fluent or native Dutch speaker with excellent English communication skillsProven experience working within an international organisation, ideally within hospitality, catering, food service, or a similar fast-paced environmentA well-rounded HR professional who can operate strategically while remaining hands-onComfortable working autonomously and managing multiple prioritiesStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsProactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
