We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to take the reins of a thriving South London pub that successfully blends a bustling neighbourhood pub, boutique accommodation, quality dining, and private events under one roof. Set within a characterful period building, this is a business with multiple revenue streams and a fantastic reputation for guest experience.

The Role

Lead all aspects of the business, including food, drink, accommodation and private events.Take full ownership of P&L performance, labour, GP and overall commercial success.Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing management and front-of-house team.Drive occupancy, maximise event bookings and build strong relationships within the local community.Ensure exceptional standards across service, compliance and guest experience.

About You

An experienced General Manager with a background in high-volume pubs, gastro pubs or hospitality venues with rooms.Commercially focused with a proven track record of growing sales and delivering profit.Passionate about food, drink and creating memorable guest experiences.Comfortable managing a business with several income streams, including accommodation and functions.A natural leader who enjoys being visible on the floor and developing great teams.
