What You'll Do
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process across multiple business unitsPartner with senior leaders to provide financial insight, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-makingPrepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance analysis, highlighting trends and recommending actions to improve resultsBuild financial models and evaluate new projects, capital investments, and business initiativesDrive improvements across reporting, forecasting, and finance processes through automation and smarter ways of workingCoach and develop a team of FP&A professionals while creating a collaborative and high-performing environmentAbout You
Proven experience leading FP&A or commercial finance within hospitality, entertainment, leisure, tourism, or another multi-site businessStrong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance analysisCommercially minded with the ability to turn financial data into practical recommendationsAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence platformsA confident communicator who enjoys partnering with senior leaders across the businessProven leadership experience with a passion for developing and mentoring teamsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; a CPA, CMA, or MBA would be an advantage
