HVAC Engineer (Commercial Gas & Air Conditioning) – Leeds – National Facilities Management Organisation

CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a leading facilities management company delivering maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial properties across the Yorkshire region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing a wide range of HVAC equipment, with a strong emphasis on both commercial gas and air conditioning systems. You'll be working across a varied portfolio including commercial offices, student accommodation, retail sites and other commercial environments.

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC and mechanical plantService, maintain and repair commercial gas appliances and heating systemsDiagnose and repair faults on split systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs and ventilation equipmentComplete reactive maintenance and emergency breakdown call-outsCarry out compliance checks and ensure all work is completed to current regulations.Produce accurate job reports using a CAFM systemIdentify remedial works and provide recommendations to improve asset performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers on siteParticipate in the on-call rotaRequirements
ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or equivalent)F-Gas Category 1 CertificationNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering or equivalentPrevious experience working within Facilities Management or Building ServicesExperience maintaining commercial HVAC plantFull UK Driving LicenceInterested?
