Oversight of FOH & BOH team membersEnsure that service standards are met or exceeded with each guestAssisting with the hiring and training processEnsure all health and safety policies and procedures are trained and followedBudgeting and Financials and other admin duties
The person:
High-Volume full-service restaurant experience is a mustMinimum 3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurantCorporate restaurant experience is a bonusExcellent customer service skillsOutgoing personality with a get the job done attitude!
