We're partnered with a fun, fast-growing Quick Service franchise group looking for an energetic Shift Manager to join one of their St. Louis locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, developing people, and being part of a brand that's growing quickly. With multiple new store openings planned, there are genuine opportunities to progress into a Store Manager role.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operationsCoaching and developing team members while leading by exampleMaintaining food quality, cleanliness, and brand standardsMonitoring labour, productivity, and shift performanceHelping with inventory, stock levels, and daily operational tasksCreating a fun, positive, and high-energy work environment

What We're Looking For

Previous Shift Manager or restaurant leadership experienceExperience within a Quick Service or Fast Casual restaurantHands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever neededAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentPassion for coaching and developing team membersSomeone looking to build a long-term career with a growing group
