Apprentice Application Engineer

You will work closely with the product technical support, product development, compliance, marketing and commercial teams to gain an in depth understanding of the following:

Pipeline material selection, using your engineering skills to determine the most appropriate material for a given application Pipeline design and installation The provision of product technical support to Radius Systems customers and Radius Systems Internal Teams Product quality control – to gain an understanding of the manufacturing and quality procedures used in the manufacture of Radius Systems products Product compliance to understand the product approval process Product field support, in the correct installation of Radius Systems products including field troubleshooting Marketing in the development of product and technical support literature, with a key emphasis on ‘clarity of information’ Where required, you may also experience business functions outside of Engineering, such as Finance, Customer Service, Quality, Applications, and Sales to gain a full understanding of our business

Training:

This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our Engineering Campus. This attendance is required during term time only.

You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.

You will experience a blended learning model.

Training Outcome:
You will progress onto HNC/D and will have the opportunity to apply for a bachelor’s degree post-apprenticeship

Monday- Thursday 8.00- 17.00 Friday 8.00- 15.30
