Apprentice Business Administrator
Reception Duties:
Professionally meet and greet clients and visitors Manage incoming and outgoing calls, and handle general inquiriesOffice Administration:
Maintain an organised office environment Manage mail and deliveries, assist with scheduling, and ensure general supplies are stockedData Entry & Support:
You will receive specific, hands-on training toDocument Management:
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, both electronic and paper basedTeam Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to the office manager as requiredTraining:
Business Administrator Level 3.
All training will be provided at work, no college ever required, remote learning via Microsoft Teams with Tutor sessions, Northbrook Care are based in 330 Ilford Lane, Ilford, Essex, IG1 2LT.
Training Outcome:
Successful completion of the Business Administration Apprenticeship can open the door to a variety of career opportunities within Northbrook Care. Subject to performance and business needs, apprentices may progress into a permanent Business Administrator or Office Administrator role, with opportunities to develop into positions such as Senior Administrator, Care Coordinator, Compliance Administrator, HR Administrator, Finance Administrator, or Team Leader. Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm - 1-hour lunch
